German Geothermal Congress 2023, in Essen
After the successful European Geothermal Congress 2022 in Berlin, the German Geothermal Association (BVG) is planning this year's edition of the German Geothermal Congress in Essen. The congress will take place from 17 to 19 October at the Haus der Technik in Essen. The BVG is launching a call for papers for this (see here).
Planning for this year's edition is already in full swing. Germany's largest and most important specialist congress on geothermal energy will be held at the Haus der Technik, a reliable partner and conference venue with flexible premises and well thought-out and proven event concepts.
There will also be thematic diversity in 2023.
With a call for papers, the German Geothermal Energy Association invites interested parties to present their current scientific findings at the DGK. Young scientists are also called upon to participate in the "Science Bar". The poster competition offers the opportunity to present bachelor's, master's or doctoral theses on the topic of geothermal energy to a broad professional audience. The best presentation will be awarded the Young Scientists' Prize of the German Geothermal Energy Association (Bundesverband Geothermie e.V.).
